Duffman...can't...breathe!

Like Mel Brooks said as Yogurt in Spaceballs, it's pretty much all about the moychindizing. I...LOVE...LICENSED...PRODUCTS. I also LOVE The Simpsons. And energy drinks? Fugetaboutit!

So I stumbled upon these while doing my workley duties and just about lost my shiz. The idea of this orange-flavored Duff Beer Energy Drink gets me pretty excited, but ultimately I'm torn - the product should be beer. Der.

I can get on board with the Flaming Moe Energy Drink, despite the fact that it too is an alcoholic beverage on the show. It had a one-episode run and gets a mention now and then...but Duff?! It's been a part of the show, our lives and my heart for over 20 years.

Certainly I'd drink it were it sitting in front of me. Happily, even. I might even brag. (OK, I'd brag.) But when it comes down to it, Matt Groening...I'm pretty sure Seth MacFarlane won't put out a Pawtucket Patriot Energy Drink. Yeah, I said it. Wannafightaboudit?
